Hello my fellow follower,

here in northern Italy the summer weather definitely has given up, so… bye bye summer and welcome autumn…

…Always looking on the bright sight though, we can now have fun with the winter clothing!

This week I give you something easy (well… to be precise it’s better say informal rather than easy, because as usual, this outfit is full of many little details…)

Velvet cord jacket: It’s a classic british cut, slanted pockets, collar with tab, quite countryside style I should say

Tweed waistcoat: Yet another british icon, a tweed waistcoat with lapels, and if you look closely you should see a button hole specifically made for the pocket watch chain…

Tweed Flat Cap: If you want something more “british countryside” than that you should wear HRH Prince Charles himself!  

Jeans: Green jeans, pretty easy, but if you take a look at the sewing… Yes! it’s the same shade of beige as the shoes and the jacket….

What else?

Un caro saluto a voi tutti,

qui nel nord Italia il clima estivo ha decisamente dato l’ultimo saluto, quindi … bye bye estate e benvenuto autunno!

Bisogna sempre guardare il lato positivo delle cose però, ora ci possiamo un po’ divertire con l’abbigliamento invernale!

Questa settimana vi propongo un outfit facile facile (beh .. per essere precisi è meglio dire informale, piuttosto che facile, perché come al solito, questo outfit è pieno di tanti piccoli particolari che non lo rendono proprio facilissimo…)

Giacca in velluto a coste: Si tratta di un taglio classico all’inglese, tasche oblique, colletto con linguetta, molto in stile countryside direi

Gilet in Tweed: Ancora un’altra icona britannica, un panciotto di tweed con il colletto e, se si guarda attentamente, si dovrebbe vedere un’asola fatta apposta per la catena dell’orologio da tasca…

Tweed Flat Cap: Se volete qualcosa di più country-inglese di questo beh… non vi resta che indossare il Principe Carlo in persona

Jeans: jeans verdi, abbastanza facili, ma se si dà un’occhiata alle cuciture … Sì! è la stessa tonalità di beige delle scarpe e della giacca
