Today I give you something very, very, very special!!

Here is what I call the “Visibility Cloak”, this is quite something, it’s the italian take of the classic cloak, it’s called Tabarro. This particular one is made by the italian company “Tabarrificio Veneto“, the one I wear is the Nobilomo (Nobleman, Aristocrat)

Just to understand how important this Tabarro is, you should know that the italian composer Giacomo Puccini ( yep, it’s the chap who composed the Boheme and the Tosca, go figure…) named one of is job after this garment.

But enough of Mr. Professor here, let me focus on the outfit.

I admit, It was love at first sight, yes I know it’s one of those things that either you love it or you hate it without compromise. Well… I am one of those that loves it!

You can almost wear it on every kind of outfit (classic, sport, casual, you name it), I’ve also discovered something peculiar about it, people love it!! I wear it almost regularly now and every where I go people keep telling me how cool this cloak is, especially beautiful ladies, if you don’t mind me say so.

The cloak is black of course, my jeans aren’t exactly colourful either, waistcoat… black again, scarf… black yet again, so I thought that a Tudor Red jacket was needed.

The waistcoat is one of my design as usual, this one is made with a beautiful black cashmere wool with a red silk back.

Shoes are in a lovely shade of tobacco brown.

Oggi vi propongo qualche cosa di veramente, veramente, veramente speciale!!!

Io lo chiamo il mantello della visibilità (Parafrasando Harry Potter), è qualche cosa di speciale, è la versione italiana del classico mantello, si chiama Tabarro. Questo nella fattispecie è fatto dall’azienda italiana ”Tabarrificio Veneto“, il modello che indosso è il Nobilomo.

Giusto per capire quanto sia importante il tabarro, vi dico che il compositore italiano Giacomo Puccini (Si, lo stesso tipo che ha composto la Boheme e la Tosca, immaginate un po’…) ha chiamato una delle sue opere come questo capo d’abbigliamento.

Ma basta fare il professorino, concentriamoci sull’outfit:

Ammetto che è stato amore a prima vista. Si lo so, è una di quelle cose che o si ama o si odia, non ammette compromessi e, beh… Io sono fra quelli che lo amano!

Lo si può praticamente indossare su qualsiasi tipo di outfit (dal classico, allo sportivo al casual, scegliete voi).
Ho scoperto anche una cosa alquanto peculiare devo dire, la gente lo gradisce parecchio!! Lo indosso abbastanza regolarmente e ho visto che ovunque vado la gente non fa altro che complimentarsi e dirmi che splendido capo indosso. Se mi perdonate l’indiscrezione, vi dico che è particolarmente gradito anche alle belle fanciulle

Il mantello è ovviamente nero, i miei jeans non sono certo colorati, il panciotto è… nero anch’esso, la sciarpa… nero ancora una volta, quindi ho ritenuto che si poteva colorare un po il tutto con una bella giacca rosso Tudor.

Il panciotto è uno di quelli che disegno io come al solito, questo nella fattispecie è fatto di una bellissima lana di cashmere  con il retro in seta rossa.

Le scarpe sono in una splendida tonalità del color tabacco.

Vi ho detto tutto?? Assolutamente no!! Dovete guardare le foto come sapete
